- Access to the work area may be required to maintain the schedule.
- Customer-requested changes can extend timelines.
4) Payments
Payment terms are communicated in the proposal/invoice or agreed scope. Deposits may be required for materials, scheduling, or custom orders. Accepted payment methods may vary.
- Late payments may pause work until the account is current.
- Change orders may require additional payments.
- Receipts can be provided upon request.
5) Changes, Cancellations & Change Orders
Any scope change after approval may be treated as a change order and may affect schedule and cost. Cancellations should be submitted as early as possible to avoid material restocking fees or non-refundable custom material costs.
6) Workmanship & Materials
Workmanship standards and any warranty details (if applicable) are described in the project agreement or invoice. Manufacturer warranties on materials are subject to manufacturer terms. Normal wear, abuse, lack of maintenance, or environmental conditions may not be covered.
